Christmas In July
Hello Folks. . . Today I have a Christmas Card to share once again
cased right from the Holiday Mini on page 1, It is a CAS (Clean and
Simple) card.
This time my cardbase is Old Olive cut at 4.25 x 8.5 topped with
a piece of Whisper White cut at 3.75 x 5.25. I then cut a strip of
Real Red and used our Scallop Edge Border Punch #119882.
The stamp set is called Joyous Celebration (128066/128069) and
it coordinates with our Extra Large Oval Punch #119859. There's
nothing finer that when you have coordinating products to work
with. Love it!!!!!! My little bow was inked with Real Red and I
used the 1/2" Circle Punch #119869 to punch it out. My fingers
are just not what they used to be. It's a little stamp image. My
sentiment comes from the same stamp set and I used the Bitty
Banners Framelits #129267 for my flag banner.
You can decorate the inside with what you like. I used the new
Hostess set Wacky Wishes (126410/126412). You can get this
set with your Hostess Cash when you host a workshop of $150.
Call or email me today to set up your next workshop. You can
also earn FREE STAMPS when you place an order of $35 or more.

Stampin’ Up Picture Frame
Hello Everyone. . . How is your day going? We are winding
down the softball summer season and gearing up for
school softball. You gotta love it.
JUST A FEW MORE DAYS and the Holiday Mini will be in full
swing. It debuts August 1st. Today I have a very pretty frame
to share with you. It's from the Holiday Mini. I fell in love with
it the minute I saw it and thought what a great gift idea. This frame
was also the inspiration for the similar card that I posted a few
days ago. Now for the recipe.
I used a smaller frame than what is pictured in the Mini but it worked
just fine. I purchased it from a craft store. For the chocolate frame
I used the Candlelight Christmas Specialty Designer Paper
#126901 on page 4 of the Mini, for the red frame I used the dp
from Be Of Good Cheer from the catty #126896.
I laid my frame face down on my paper and penciled a line all
around it both inside and out. Then cut it with my scissors and an
exacto knife. I used Modge Podge for the gluing medium. Sanded the
edges for the perfect fit. It is matted with Cherry Cobbler, Brushed Gold
and Very Vanilla. For a little more sophication I used the Porcelain
Technique. This is were you use a brayer and an ink of your choice
(mine was Crumb Cake). Ink the brayer, roll it across an embossing
folder (I used the Vintage Wallpaper Folder) and emboss as usual.
Viola' you have a nice vintage look.
My stamp set is Evergreen (127970/127973). I embossed the line
tree stamp with clear embossing powder and then stamped the word
tree over it in Soft Suede. Punch a 1" square and cut the sides for the
pot. Next I sponged some gold craft ink on Silver Glimmer Paper.
Made due with what I had on hand and punch with a star punch.
Added some organdy Cherry Cobbler ribbon.
Don't be afraid to try this. The frames are very inexpensive. You
might find another way that suits you better. I'm looking for more
frames. I bought all that Micheal's had. These are great craft
fair items.
You know I love being your demonstrator, so if you have any
questions or need supplies please shop in my ON LINE STORE 24/7
or email me with your order.
Thanks for stopping by. Have fun crafting!!!!!!!! Until next time

Postage Due
Hello Folks. . . I hope you enjoy my card for today. It's a new
stamp set from the catty called Postage Due (126590/126592).
The first time I noticed it I knew I just had to have it. I
love the vintage aspect to it. But I struggled with this one.
I had a hard time finding the right card layout for it or
maybe it's the colors. But anyhoo I would like to share it
with you. Some days are just like that.
My cardstock is Crumb Cake, matted with some Early
Expresso and one of our new In Colors Primrose Petals.
My neutral is Very Vanilla. My sentiment comes from Field
Flowers (122760/122762). Cool Tools are the 2 3/8"
Scallop Punch, a 2" Circle Punch and the 1 3/4" Scallop
Punch. My ribbon is the 3/8" Early Expresso Satin Ribbon.
STAY TUNED — I have been working on some new craft
fair projects. If you like my Evergreen Card you will like
my craft project. Can you guess? It's in the new Holiday
Mini too. For you local folks my craft fair is October 27th
at Francis Howell Central School off Hwy N. Hope to
see you there.
That's is for me today folks. Thanks for stopping by and
I wish you a Happy Stamping Day.

An Evergreen Christmas
Hello Folks. . . Happy day to ya. As I mentioned before I have
some new goodies to play with. I decided to start working
on some Christmas designs. I will have my annal Christmas
Stamp A Stack later on this year. One of my favorite stamp
sets from the Holiday Mini is called Evergreen and that is
what I have used today.
I thought I would dress up my card even more by making
it a Tunnel Card. If you Google Tunnel Card you will find
several videos that you can watch. My colors are Early
Expresso and Lucky Limeade. My designer paper is also
from the Holiday Mini called Candlelight Christmas Speciality
DP. Very pretty, I know you will like it.
First up I used our textured embossing folder called Argyle
on Very Vanilla. Next I stamped the word tree from the set
and then stamped the cute tree image. I made my pot by
punching with the 1" square punch and trimming off the
sides. I also trimmed off some of the top, I felt it was too long.
My circles are the 1 1/4 and 1 3/8" circle punches. My
sentiment was computer generated (I didn't have anything
small enough) For the star I used our Silver Glimmer Paper
and sponged it with gold. My ribbon is the retired quilted
satin ribbon that we had last year.
I just love these color and I hope you do to. Get inspired
time is ticking. LOL If you have any questions please let me
know click here and of course I love being your demonstrator
so if you need supplies you can shop in my ON LINE STORE
24/7 or contact me directly. The Holiday Mini goes live on
August 1st.
Thanks for stopping by. I'm looking forward to my blog
being fixed. Happy Stamping!!

New Foam Ink Pad Club
STAMPIN' UP FOAM INK PAD COLORS
(Brights, Regals, Subtles and Neutrals)
Hello folks. . . I'm sitting here just giddie over our new Stampin'
Foam Ink Pads. The clean crisp image is just amazing. So I thought
I might offer an Ink Pad Club. This is how it will work. To make it
as easy as pie, let's start by ordering five (5) pads a month. That
will take us to February 2013 (this does not include the In Colors).
Viola' we have new ink pads. The total comes to $36.70 plus taxes
and it will ship directly to you. If you participate in all eight (8)
months, as my special thank you, I will send you a FREE Stamp Set
called Beautiful Birthday.
If you would like to participate please contact me and I will send
you a PayPal invoice with your final amount. It works the same
with checks as well, I will send you your total by email.
Here's a few things you need to know —
1. The firm pads hold less ink and release more onto your stamp
which means you will need to refill the pad more often.
2. Basic Black has issues — it is being reconfigured and there is
no date available when they will have this resolved. (Neutrals
will be the last group that we order)
3. You can still use the refills that you have except for five (5)
of the colors (Basic Black, Basic Gray, Marina Mist, Perfect
Plum and Temp. Turquoise)
4. These pads are very juicy and require only a light tapping.
You only need a light touch for a clean, crisp image.
5. We will begin this month with the Brights Collection (Daffodil
Delight, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Real Red and Rich Razzleberry)
6. Please notify me by the 18th of each month.
Thanks for stopping by, I love being your Stampin' Up Demonstrator.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me at
handysandyanmurf@yahoo.com I hope you decide to join me, I'm
so excited about getting these new pads. Have a wonderful day.
