New Stampin’ Up DP – Flirtatious
Hello Friends. . . OMG I'm just so excited. Today I have another sneek peek at some new products from the 2011-2012 Idea Book and Catalog. The designer paper is called Flirtatious. What I'm so excited about is the two sheets of laser cut doily like cut outs. The colors are lucious too, Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White and Wisteria Wonder just to name a few. I used one of the laser cut outs in Whisper White along with a 2 1/2" circle of Melon Mambo. My stamp set is Flower Fest from the Summer Mini. I used our Fancy Flower Extra Large Punch to cut out my flower image. It's always nice to have a matching punch that coordinates with your image. Makes papercrafting fast, perfect and oh so easy. I also used the Eyelet Punch on my border and my sentiment comes from A Word For You. This paper will be available on July 1st as well as a bunch of other new stuff when the new catalog is released.

Awash With Flowers and the New In Colors
Hello Everyone. . . Happy Monday. Here we are back again. It's a brand new week and I have a sneek peek for you using the new In-Colors that will be released with the new catty on July 1st. We have five new colors and what great colors they are:
- Calypso Coral
- Island Indigo
- Lucky Limeade
- Pool Party
- Wisteria wonder
Today I have choosen to work with Island Indigo, Lucky Limeade and Calypso Coral. I used the cute EF Elegant Bouquet on my second layer. I thought it needed a little jazzin' up so I went back to my tole painting days and got my white acrylic paint out. I put a little on a paper plate and used the larger end of my stylus to add some white centers to my embossed flowers. It's just the right touch to make my embossed flowers come alive, don't you think. Next I cut a 3 13/16 x 2 7/8 rectangle of Calypso Coral and used the Scallop Trim Corner and the Scallop Trim Border Punches. My stamp set is Awash With Flowers. Next up I made a banner and stamped birthday wishes from the retired set So Happy For You. Don't forget about the inside of your card and your envie. These are just a couple more places for you to decorate and dress up.
Don't forge about the Last Chance List and the Retiring Accessories List. There is still time. Products are starting to sell out so be sure and check your wish list so you don't miss out. Click here to view the updated lists.

Pretty Pocket Silhouetts in Blushing Bride
Good Morning My Freinds. . Welcome to the week end. We are half way thru June and I'm right in the middle of trying to clean out my craft space to get ready for the release of the 2011-2012 Idea Book And Catalog.
There's just a couple weeks left and some of our most favorite stamp sets and accessories will no longer be available. Don't miss out, the time is now to place your orders from the Last Chance List and Retiring Accessories List. Everything is on a first come first serve basis. Be sure and check it out here.
Today I have a clean and pretty card to share with you using the Pocket Silhouettes #111672. It's a set of six (6) and has some very pretty silhouette images. For my card I chose to use Very Vanilla as my card base and layered another piece of Very Vanilla on top using our Square Latice EF. It's a great little technique and it gives your card that added little punch that we all like so well. Next layer is our Scallop #2 Die Cut in Blushing Bride and on top of our scallop I cut a 3" piece of DP from our Level 1 6×6 DP pack. Don't forget that Hostess Benefits do apply on any orders that you place for retiring items. (You must reach the $150+ level to receive these benefits.) My bottom scallops where formed by using the retired slit punch, but we do have a die cut called the Trim Biz Die that will do it all for you in one big swoop. So keep an eye out for it coming July 1st. I cut a couple of rectangles for my focal point and stamped a couple of the images from Pocket Slhouetts #111672. These two images are my favs. Last but not least I attached a piece of Blushing Bride Poly Stitched Ribbon for some needed pizzazz.
If you need any of the above supplies to make this card or would like to place your orders for our retiring products please click on the Shop Now button below.

Back In Time
Hello My Crafty Friends. I'm sorry I don't have a card for you today, but I was able to get you a look at a blast from the past. This card is one that I made a little while ago but I'm sorry to say that the Friends 24/7 stamp set is being retired. It's a vintage looking card and I believe the colors are Crumb Cake, Early Expresso and Whisper White. Looks like I made my own background paper. Added some Victorian Ribbon and used the Color Spritzer for that aging look. This is one of those versatile cards by changing out the sentiment it can be pretty much want you want it to be.
My new rubba should be here today. Sneek peeks of new products are on the way. We have a new Snowman Set. Oh so cute. I can't wait. I'm excited about the new In colors, they look very pretty. They are bringing back a Coral and a Light Purple. So wipe the dust off Concord Crush, Elegant Eggplant and Perfect Plum. I'm in need of some inspiration, June is always a transitional month and a hard one for me. I have lots of work to do, like cleaning out the old to make room for the new. I'm sure you have this too.

Open House Idea
Hello My Crafty Friends. . . I don't have a card for you this morning. My birthday way yesterday and I took the day off to have fun with family and friends at the pool.
I have been working on some open house ideas and I have one of those to share with you today. Remember our Bingo Card Background Stamp Set. It was presented to us in one of our mini's, not sure which one. I purchased it for My Digital Studio so that is what I used. I printed it out on some cardstock and I am now in the process of stamping my images. I am using a retired set called Mini Mates for my bingo images. It is working very well. This will be one of the games we play at my Open House this year. For the winners I am putting together some fun grab bags. It will be so much fun.
I know it has only been a couple weeks since the Last Chance List and Retiring Accessories List has been available. But products are going fast. Retiring stamp sets will be available throughout the month of June but retiring accessories are only while supplies last. So be sure and check your stash and place your orders right away before they are gone. I have the links listed below.

WOW – Put Your Sunglasses On
Hello My Crafty Friends. WOW put on your sunglasses I have a bright and fun card to share today. While browsing the internet today I came acorss a technique. It doesn't have a name that I know of. My stamp set is Fabulous Flowers from the Summer Mini. What a great set. My first layer is Whisper White and a piece of Daffodil Delight from Greenhouse Gala DP. The next layer is a piece of Basic Black cut at 3 3/4" square, added a piece of Melom Mambo DP from the Designer Series Paper Pack. I took the background image flower and stamped it using a baby wipe. I took a baby wipe and put it on a paper plate. Then I got my reinkers out (Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight) and randomly put drops of ink all over the wipe. It looked kind of ugly but it turns out so pretty. I used it like an ink pad and stamped my image in it and then stamped it on Whisper White. Look what I got. Oh so pretty, I hope you can see the two colors, Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight. Next I got my trusty punches out. I used the 1 1/4" punch to punch my flower and then punched some Basic Black with the 1 3/8". My sentiment is from Tiny Tags. Next I got the matching punch and punched some Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Whisper White. I attached them to my Melon Mambo Ribbon with a safety pin from Tiny Trinkets.
PAPER — Melon Mambo #115320, Daffodil Delight #119683, Whisper White #100730, Basic Black #121045, Greenhouse Gala DP #117167. (If you like this DP you better get it fast, it is retiring on Jun 30th)

Roses are Red and Sometimes Yellow
Hello My Crafty Friends. . . Welcome to Tuesday morning, once again I'm using the stamp set Flower Fest. I just love the roses and how easy it is to have a coordinating punch to punch my image perfectly. Love it!!!!!! You can find this set in your Summer Mini. My colors are Poppy Parade, the retiring Pawsitively Prints Desinger Paper, So Saffron, Pear Pizzazz, Whisper White. Pawsively Prints is one of our retiring designer papers, but don't fret it is still available, but quantities are limited. So don't delay your order. To make my roses pop I did emboss them with Whisper White Craft Ink and Natural White Embossing Pwd and used my heating tool. My circles are from the #2 Scallop Die Cut, and the 3" circle die cut. I used my paper piercer on my scallops for a little more definition. Don't you think that works wonderfully. I sure do. My So Saffron Scallop is from the Trim Biz Die Cut, or you can do it the old fashioned way by using your slot punch. My tag is a non SU item and the ribbon is Poppy Parade Stitched Ribbon. It's all the rage now to decorate the inside of your card as well, so on the inside I used the Butterfly from this set and stamped it randomly in So Saffron. I used the stamp off method so it would give me a lighter image. My sentiment is retired.

My colors are Very Vanilla, Melon Mambo, retired DP from the SAB Mini, and Whisper White. To color my stamp I used our coordinating markers. Be sure and completely cover your image and don't forget to huff on your stamp. My ribbon is 5/8" Old Olive Statin Ribbon all tied up in a pretty bow. So Long Priceless
Hello Friends. . . Welcome to the week end. Today I have a card to share using the Sweet Sunday Sketch. I know I'm a few days late but this turned out oh so cute. We have to say so long to one of my favorite stamp sets called Priceless. So whimsy, I hate to see it go. Colors are Real Red, Whisper White, So Saffron and Old Olive for the stem. I stamped the flowers on a separate piece of Whisper White and cut them with my snips. Great pair of scissors by the way. I punched my scallop with the SU 1 3/4" Scallop Punch, then used a couple of circle punches that nest nicely. The sentiment is from Touch of Kindess, it's new, you can find it in the Summer Mini. Oh, I did use my Big Shot and the Polka Dot Embossing Folder for my first layer. Love that dimension. Did a little piercing around my scallop for a bit more dimension. Well that's all for me today, I'm off to support my Kourtney at her softball game which just happens to be in Jeff City today. I'm taking my sun screen so I don't get burnt to a crisp. It's supposed to be pretty warm today. Have a great stamping day. I'll see ya next time. Toodles

Diamond Fold Card
Hello Everyone. . . So nice of you to stop by this morning. The sun is shining and it's going to be super hot here. It's either feast or famine here in ole' MO.
Today my project comes from splitcoast. It's called a Diamond Fold Card and Beate has a video for us on her blog Fresh and Fun. I had such a hard time picking out a stamp set for my focal point. I'm sure you have those days too. So I finally ended up choosing my images from the Just Believe Stamp Set. I love the small folage in this set, I stamped my stems with Pear Pizzazz and punched my flower with the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch out of Real Red and added some bling for my centers. My color combo is Crumb Cake, Basic Black, DP from the Designer Series Paper Pack and Whisper White. My sentiment comes from the stamp set On The Grow. As you can see it opens up and as little places for you to decorate. I have not done that yet. It's really a fun card that you can decorate as you like. My ribbon is the 5/8" Organza Ribbon. You can find that on pg 190 of your catty. I hope you enjoyed the card and will add this to your stash. Supply list below.
