Greenhouse Gala – Happy Birthday
Good Morning To Ya All. We are on the count down now, just one more day and the girls are back in school. They are in the process of moving into their own new home this week, so it has been a little topsy turvy for me. Today I have a very simple but lovely card to share using the the Designer Paper from Greenhouse Gala #117167. If you are a surfing nut like me I'm sure you have seen something similar to it. This little pack of designer paper is filled with lots of pretty colors and flowers. How can you go wrong with that. For my card base I used our Whisper White #100730 cut at 4.25 x 11 inches. Then matted a smaller piece of Baja Breeze #111352 and matted again with another piece of WW but I used the new emobssing folder called Vintage Wallpaper #120175. Embossing folders are just great aren' t they, They add just another layer of dimension that gives our cards that special look. The next layer is just another piece of Baja Breeze #111352 with just a tad smaller piece of the Green House Gala DP. My sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes #115370 punched with the Large Oval Punch #119855 and matted with a piece of Pear Pizzazz #119795 punched with the Scallop Oval Punch #119856. I'm sure you're just like me and always searching for words to use on my cards. Teeny Tiny Wishes has become a staple in my stamping room. My only embellishment is the beautiful Olive Green Satin Ribbon #117292. You can find it on pg 191 in the catty. The satin ties like a dream. That's what is so great about Stampin' Up they make it easy peasy.

Fall Is Just Around the Corner – Yeah!!!!!!!!!
Good Morning To All You Crafty Stampers – Welcome to Sunday. This week is going to be a wild week. The girls go back to school. The only hitch is they haven't moved into their new house yet. So that means Nana is going to have to be a taxi cab driver. Oh what fun we have. But that's ok, I love my girls. For the past few days I have been working on craft bazaar items. I am hoping to get in to some of the area's carft fairs this year. They tell me it is a great way to get your name out there amongst ya. I sure hope so, I'm always looking for new crafty people out here. With fall just around the corner, I made a small little candy holder made to look like a cute little pumpkin. I also made a cute pumpkin candy bar holder. Just small little gifts that would be great to give for Halloween to our speical friends. In both cases I used different size Oval Punches, a little designer paper and put them together to make them look like pumpkins and added a few of my own embellishments. I think the small pumpkin will hold a couple of those yummy nugets that you can find now a days. I'm still looking for ideas, so if any of you have done craft fairs before please drop me an email and let me in on some of your secrects. I need all the help I can get. LOL I'm also working on my Christmas Card Stamp a Stack Samples. Oh yes, it's time to be a thinkin' about Christmas. Thanks for stopping by and sharing a little part of your day with me. If you like my projects and need to order any of the supplies please check out my Shop Now button listed below. Happy Sunday ya all. Toodles

Craft Bazarr Projects – Note Cards With Gift Holder
Good Morning Stampers – Welcome to Friday. Boy it sure has been hot here and yesterday a heck of a wind storm came thru and made havack with a lot of down trees and leaves everywhere. There will be a lot of clean up over the weekend. As many of you know I am always trying to increase my customer base, so this year I am trying to get in on a couple of craft shows. I would love to hear from you if you have any suggestions on items I should make for my 1st craft show experience in a long time. Please email me any suggestions on what you like to see at craft shows. Today I have a gift pack to share with you. It seems we are always struggling to pick up that special little gift for a special someone, secret santa's, our teachers and many more. I would like to share with you today a great gift idea for a teacher or co-worker that will tug at their heart but won't cost you an arm and a leg. LOL I have made 4 note cards using WW #100730 cut at 4.25" sq. matted with the beautiful color Cherry Cobbler #119685 and used the Dotted Embossing Folder #117335 for a little pizzazz. I topped it with a piece of Basic Black #121045 and used our Scallop Trim Border Punch #118402 on both long ends. I matted it with a piece of our Newsprint Designer Paper #117166. I'm doing the Happy Dance over the music note pieces in the packet. Yippie!!! My stamp set is Apple Blossoms #120139. You can get this for FREE but we'll talk about that in another paragraph. My sentiment was stamped in black and punched with the Word Window Punch #119857 and matted on the Modern Label Punch #119849. Oh boy, what would we do without them. My 4U apple was stamped in Cherry Cobbler #119669 on WW #100730 and punched with our 1 1/4" Circle Punch #119861 and matted on a Basic Black 1 3/8" #119860 Circle. My clear gift box is not from Stampin' Up but I did used some of our 1 1/4" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon #115615. If you have never had any of this you will just love it. It is soft, flexible and knots perfectly.
Now lets talk about how you can get the Level 2 Hostess Set Apple Blossoms for FREE. This month only Stampin' Up is offering you an extra $25 in merchandise when you host a $350 workshop. Simple Friendship
Hi Everyone – Are you having a good Thursday Morning? I sure hope so, if not maybe I can put a smile on your face. I'm running behind again, I don't have a new card to share with you, but I did dig down in my archives and found something to share. Most of the supplies are current but not all. My cardbase is Choc Chip #102128 and the size of the card is a little unusual. It's a 6 x 6, scored at 3". I have matted my base with a piece of So Saffron #105118 and used the Swirled Texturz Plate from the Background 1 #114512. My DP is a retired piece. You can make the circle with our Circle Scissors Plus and Glass Matt #112530/112531. My stamp set is Simple Friendship #113397. I colored in the flowers with a So Saffron marker #105114 and add some bling for a little sparkle. My ribbon is the 1 1/4" Striped Choc Chip Grosgrain Ribbon which is retired now but you can substitute the Early Express #119961 found on pg 191. It is beautiful ribbon, soft, and ties like a dream. You must try some. Thanks for stopping by and I sure hope I can get some stamping done in the next few days. I need to be working on some scrapbook pages for stamp club next week. Have a wonderful day. TTFA

Wishing You a Happy Birthday with Awash With Flowers
Hello My Friends – How is your morning so far. I'm trying to post this right in the middle of serving pancakes. One thing I can say, I can multi task. LOL Yesterday I gave you a sneek peek of my card today. It turned out sooooo cute. For the card base I used the new color Early Expresso #119686, you can find it in the Neutral Collection. Next I matted it with a piece of Wild Wasabi #108641 and matted again with a piece of dp from the Woodland Walk Collection #117389. This is a beautiful pack of designer papers and it is included in the paper share I'm offering in the Designer #1 Packet for $18.95. Check it out here. For my focal point I used the Big Shot #113439, this needs to be on your Brithday or Christmas List, and the Scallop Circle #2 die cut #113469. I then cut a 3" circle with the Circle Scissor Plus #112530. (When ordering this you must also have the glass matt #112531). My Stamp Set is Awash With Flowers #120549 and inked it with Black Stazon #101406, Poppy Parade #119782 and Daffadil Delight #119667. I colord in my stems with a Wild Wasabi Marker 120975. For my sentiment I used Family Phrases #114960 and puched them out with the Word Windo Punch #119857 and the Modern Label Punch #119849. For my embellishments I used the Itty Bitty Bits Stamp Set #120060 and punched them out with the Punch Pack #118309 from the Summer Mini which is will available until August 31st. I mounted them on a piece of Wild Wasabi punch with our 1/2" Circle Punch #119869. My ribbon is Early Expresso 5/8" #119753. I just love this stamp set. Thoughts and Prayers – An All Occasions Card
Hello My Stamping Friends – Happy Saturday. Today I have a card to share that is a KISS kind of card. You say what is KISS (Keep It Simple Sweetie). This just means to keep it clean, crisp and not too many layers. Of course this concept is in the mind of the beholder. By eliminating some of the matt on my focal point you could even make this more KISSable. LOL Now let's get started, my card base is a 5.5 x 8.5, scrored at 4.25 in Soft Suede #115318. I matted it with a piece of designer paper from the Elegant Soiree' (check back Monday) #117163. My second layer is Soft Suede and Baja Breeze #111352. My focal point was stamped from the Stamp Set Thoughts and Prayers #113252 on Very Vanilla cardstock #101650. My sentiment was taken from the set Sincere Salutations #115068. For embellishments I used some 5/8" Very Vanilla Satin Ribbon #117291 and I used a few of our new pearls from our Jewels collection #119247. Easy Peasy now you have a great looking all occasion greeting card.
Be sure and check back in on Monday. I have something for you.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful rest of your week end. Toodles

My next matt is a piece of designer paper from Sunny Garden #119831. This is were I stamped my images. Don't be afraid to stamp directly on your designer papers. It makes for a great look.
