Hello Folks. . .  Today I have a card to share and it's my last card of the season.  This sketch is from Fresh and Fun (Bette J.) site.  I cased it a couple of day ago.  Colors are Soft Suede, Very Vanilla and designer paper from Spice Cake.  The stamp set is the ever to pretty Dasher and my musical notes are non SU,

I want to take this opportunity to wish each and everyone of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Good Morning Friends. . .  Happy Thursday To Ya.  Today I have a short post.  My card today features a couple more sneek peeks of new designer papers and new cool tools that are in the Occasions and Sale A Bration Minis soon to be released. 

My designer paper is from the Sale a Bration mini and can be yours for FREE beginning Jan. 24th when you place an order of $50 or more.

My cardbase is Very Vanilla, matted with Baja Breeze and matted again with Everyday Enchantment Designer Paper.  Next I used one of the cool tools from the Occasion Mini called Edgelits Dies.  It makes a cute little floral border and has a matching Embossing Folder to had just a little bit more Stampin' Up flare.  Next is a strip of stripes again from the Everyday Enchantment Series.

Now for the biggie, in the Occasions Mini you will find a new die cut called Framelits Dies.  Just what the doctor ordered.  Wafer thin pieces of metal that nest and cut beautifully.  I used the Labels Collection but just in time for Valentine's Day we also have the Hearts Collection.  I'm so excited about these.  

My Stamp Set is from the catty called For Everything.  A great little stamp set to have around.  I paper pieced my flower with designer paper and punched it out with our Extra Large Oval Punch.

Well, thats it for me today folks.  Just like you I have got to do some organizing and make sure I have everything for Christmas.  Going to bake some cookies today.  Love it!!!

The designer papers are also new from the Occasions Mini.  They are the ever so cute deisnger paper called Twitterpated on pg 13.  You can make the scallop borders lickity split by using our Tasteful Trim Bigz Die (120893) or you can do it the manual way like I did if you have the retired slit punch.  Just cut a long and wide strip and punch your way down to the end making sure that you are straight and have butted each of your punches right next to each other.  If you do this your strip will fall right out.  I made my strip a little longer so I could alternate my scallop and then trim it from my card. 

For embellishments I used some of our very sparkly Rhinestones (119246) and some 5/8 Whisper White Satin Ribbon (114616)

Good Morning My Stampin' Friends. . Happy Monday To Ya.  Today I have a card to share that is chocked full of new products and stamps from the soon to be released Occasions and Sale a Bration Minis.

You should be receiveing your Occasion  Mini soon, If you are in need of one and don't already have a relationship with a SU Demonstrator please contact me with your name and address.  My color combo today is Lucky Limeade, Whisper White, Island Indigo, Designer Paper Twitterpated and Sweet Shop Specialty Deseries Paper from the Occastions Mini .

My stamp set, Outliend Occasions,  will be FREE from the Sale A Bration Mini when you place a $50 On Line Order or an order thru me during Sale a Bration (Jan 24-Mar 31st 2012).

For my scallop I used my nesties, but Stampin' Up has a die cut called Perfect Pennants (123126) that will give you the exact same look.  I embossed it with one of our EB folders, Perfect Polka Dot, and adhered it with some dimensionals.  My hearts focal point is from our new Embosslits Die Cut called Fashionable Hearts from the Occasions Mini  pg 35. 

For my pretties I used the new Baker's Twine color Island Indigo and added a designer button from our Subtles Collection.

Over the next week I will be putting together a Ribbon and Embellishment share from the Occasions Mini.  Be looking for it on release day (January 4th)

My card is a standard A2 size (4.25 x 11) scored at 5.25.  I matted another piece of Lucky Limeade cardstock cut just 1/8" smaller all around and embossed it with our Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder.  Next I used two of our new Framelits from the Labels Collection.  This is a set of thin metal die cuts that nest together for the perfect fit.  The designer paper is from Sale A Bration which you can earn for FREE.  Colors are Lucky Limeade, Pool Party, Calypso Coral, Peach Parfait and Whisper White. 

My focal point is a piece of Poppy Parade cut with our Beautiful Butterflies Die Cut using the Big Shot.  We also have a couple pretties from this years Sale a Bration.  Pretty new designer brads and 1/8" Organdy Ribbon in Lucky Limeade and Calypso Coral.

Hello Stampers. . .  Boy oh Boy I'm excited to be able to share with you one of the new cool tools from Stampin' Ups Occasions Mini.  This mini will become available on January 4th.  Our new cool tool is called Edgelits and it will make a very pretty decorative edge for your card.

As usual Stampin' Up is always taking our projects up a notch.  Not only can we die cut new edges for our cards but now we have matching embossing folders.  It's a set of three.   So easy and it addes just the right touch for a beautiful edge.

I can't show you the actual pictures of our new dies until the release day but I can give you a sneek peek.  OMG I have fallen in love with this card design.

My colors are Soft Suede and So Saffron with Whisper White.  I used our new Edgelits and matching embossing folder at the top of my card.  See the beautiful scallop that it makes.  My stamp set is Not So Seriously (W123085/C123087).  I stamped it with Black Stazon and colored my doggies with color pencils.  I didn't color them all just a few.  My colors are Olive Green, Sand and Dark Umber.  I also used Gamsol as my blending method.  My sentiment is from Petite Pairs.  I used our matching Tag Punches, some Old Olive Satin Ribbon and a Designer Button from the subtle set.

I hope you are as excited as I am for some new products.  The Occasion Mini will go live on January 4th.  I have plenty of Gift Certificates available for under the tree or as a stocking stuffer that you can use on these new products come January 4th.  Time is passing quickly, contact me ASAP and I will get one out to you.

Hello My Friends. .  today we are changin' it up just a bit.  I have a birthday card to share with you right out of our very own Idea Book and Catalog.  My card today measures 4.25 x 4.25 square.  My colors are Pool Party (122924) Basic Black (121045), Very Vanilla (101650).  My designer paper is First Edition Specialty (121878) and a couple of others from our Designer Series Papers.  My stamp set is an oldie but a goodie that i have not inked in quite a while.  It's called Upsy Daisy (111710).  I added a touch of pizzazz with a few embellishments.  Our Linen Thread (104199) and a random button. If you look closely you will find a little sewing on this card.  This was my first attempt at using the zigzag stitch.  I have used the straight stitch several times, but the zigzag proved to be a little challenging but fun.  The tricky part is when you come to your corners.  You need to know where you are headed because you might zig where you wanted to zag.  So this is a heads up, get to know your sewing machine, she needs to be your friend.  LOL  Oh, I think I forgot to mention that I also used our Stripes Embossing Folder (123128) on the face of my card.  I think it added a little character, don't you.

Today I have my 2012 Punch Art Birdie Calendar to share with you.  Yes believe it or not this year is coming to a close faster than we would like.  Start out your new year with one of these cute refrig calendars.  No excuces for not knowing what day it is.  LOL

My calendar approx. measures 6.5 x 3.5 and has a magnetic strip on the back to fit right on your refrig.   Colors may vary but not by much.  Most of them are what you see, Baja Breeze, Whisper White, So Saffron and Pear Pizzazz.

Welcome To SandiesKorner this Wednesday morning.  I got a chance to work on this weeks MOJO Monday Sketch.  I must say that I'm a traditional kind of girl.  I like red and greens, but every once in a while I enjoy other color combinations too.  Today we are sticking with Tradition.

My card is cut at 4.25 x 11 and scored at 5.5.  The card base is Very Vanilla (101650) and my designer papers are from Holly Jolly (last years x-mas paper).

My stamp set is Beautiful Season (W122680/C122682).  I stamped it on a piece of Shimmery White Paper (101910) with Black Stazon (101406).  Very important to use Stazon so your image doens't bleed when you color it in.  I used my aqua painter (103954)  and reinkers to color my image.  Certainly Celery and Old Olive (105165/100531) for  the leaves.  The berries are done in a light pink color and finished with Cherry Cobbler (119788).  My bird has a very light touch of Basic Grey and Daffodil Delight.

I  stamped my sentiment and puched it with a 2" Circle Punch (NSU) and nested it with our 2 3/8" Scallop circle (118874). 

It's not too late, you can still place your Christmas Orders and get them on time, but you must place your order on or before Dec. 14th.  I have Gift Certificates available if you would like to save them for SAB.

The Occasion Mini will be released on Jan. 4th and Sale A Bration  begins on January 24th.  OMG ladies the Occasions Mini is just full of great new products especially cool new tools.  They are called Framelits.  You will love how they nest with each other.  I can't show you the actual product till release time, but I hope to have a few samples for you soon to look at.  The new year is difinitely going to start off with a bang!!!!!!
