Hello Friends – Happy Wednesday To You.  I think spring is right around the corner.  We have had some pretty nice days lately.  This afternoon might get a little dicey with some thunderstorms.  Today I'm sharing my take on this weeks MoJo Monday Sketch.  Here is what I used for my today card.

I used the color combo of Rich Razzleberry, Rich Razzleberry DP #115685, Whisper White #100730, Orchid Opulence #100969, and a little Cottage Wall Designer Paper #115671.  The stamp set is For All You Do #115360 and Tiny Tags #118592 from the Occasions Mini and punched with the Tiny Tags Punch #117190.  I added an additional piece of WW on the inside and decorated it with the small flower from the set.  This makes the card more finished and easy to read.

Good Morning Everyone – Hope you're starting your day off with a good cup of coffee and a smile on your face.  Happy Tuesday.  Today my card is from the Level 3 Hostess Set Kind And Caring Thoughts (115324).  You can get this stamp set for FREE by hosting a workshop.  Contact me if you would like to schedule a workshop and earn even more products during the Sale A Bration promotion. Don't you just love the greens in this card.  Green is one of my favs.  I teamed up Sahara Sand , Always Artichoke and Mellow Moss.  Now your going to ask me where in the heck did I get Mellow Moss designer paper.  Mellow Moss is one of the lovely colors in the Patters Pack Designer Series III that you can choose for your Level 1 Hostess gift.  I thought the vine needed a little sprucing up, so I embossed it with clear embossing powder.  TIP:  You can just about emboss with any Classic Ink Pad by stamping your image first in Versamark and then quickly inking your stamp again in the color of your choice.  Here it was Mellow Moss.  Then quickly stamp your image and apply clear embossing powder and heat with your heat tool.  Viola'  embossed image.  My card is 5.5 x 8.5, scored at 4.25.  Then I trimed the card front to approx 2.5 and used the Scallop Trim Punch.  Matted Always Artichoke and Mellow Moss.  Stamped the vine image on WW and matted it with Always Artichoke.  I used 3/8" Taffeta Mellow Moss Ribbon for that special touch.  I decorated the inside using another piece of Mellow Moss from the Designer Pack Level 1 Hostess gift.  Thanks for stopping by today, hope your day is filled with Stampin' Fun.  See ya back here tomorrow.  Toodles

Good Morning Friends -  It's Monday again and we're back with a brand new week ahead of us. Can I just have a moment of your time.  Like every other SU Demonstrator out there and there are thousands I am trying to reach new customers and share my love of papercrafting.  I would like to hear your thoughts on how I can reach you.  Are my cards inspiring enough to make you want to do them?  Are the cards simple and fast enough for you to duplicate?  In other words what can I do to make you a happy Stampin' Up customer.  Please drop me a note on your thoughts on what you would like to see from your Stampin' Up Demonstrator.  

Today I have a card to share that I think is just super duper.  The color combo is Soft Suede and Sahara Sand with a touch of Curshed Curry.  I used a SU diamond texture plate on the Sahara Sand matt.  The stamp set is For All You Do.  I stamped the images in Soft Suede and Crushed Curry and punched them out with the 1 1/4" square punch then put them on a Scallop Square.  The ribbon is polka dot Soft Suede Ribbon.  Easy peasy.  TIP:  When I use a dark cardstock as my card base I usually put a piece of WW or VV on the inside of my card.

Top of the Morning to Ya.  I know I'm getting a little ahead of myself, but I always like to plan ahead.  Today I'm sharing one of our scrapbook pages that my stamp club will be making on March 17th.  It's a clean and simple look.  Easy peasy.  I have a 12 x 12 piece of Whisper White (106529).  I trimmed down a piece of 12 x 12 Old Olive Paper (106544), and used the Eyelet Border Punch (113692), then matted it with a piece of Sweet Pea Designer Paper.  I put a piece of Whisper White Organza Ribbon (114319) across the entire page.  The scallop circle is from the Bigz dies Scallop Circle #2 and the Big Shot (113439).  My sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes (115370)  stamped on a 2" silver rimmed Metal Edge Tag (103374).  Added a little heart stamp and some bling to make it sparkle.  My shamrock is made from the Full Heart Punch (113693). adhered with dimenstionals.   I put some polka dots on with a paint pen or gel pen whichever you have.  Add a button.  The stem is cut free handed and viola' you have a St. Patty's Day Scrapbook Page.

Good Morning Friends – Happy Saturday – Just wanted to caught you before you get all busy with your week end.  I know how week ends go – busy, busy, busy.  And we have an extra bonus here in Missouri, we are supposed to have a nice week end.  Today I want to share with you a card that I saw on MeMyStampsandI.  It looks like a sketch from one of the MOJO Monday sketches.  I love it!!!!!  The set is called True Friend and the sentiment is from our SAB mini Whimiscal Words.  We'll talk more about that later.  Cardstock is Night of Navy, matted with a texured piece of Whisper White.  The texture plate is Backgrounds 1.  The 1st focal point is cut at 2 1/8" wide on Bashful Blue and the smaller one is 1.5" wide.  The band was cut at 2.25 and then punched with the Scallop Trim Border Punch and matted with a piece of Bashful Blue DP.  For some piazzzzza I used our new lushish Bashful Blue Satin Ribbon.  Supply List Below.  Thanks for stopping by today, I know week ends are full of family and errands.  I'll see you back here tomorrow.  Have a fun and safe week end and save some time for stamping.  Toodles

1. Standard A2 card (4.25 x 11, scored at 5.5) in Night of Navy (100867), matted with WW (100730) and textured with the Backgrounds 1 texture plate (115962)
2. Focal points Bashful Blue (105120) cut 2 1/8" wide, matted with WW and stamped with True Friend (110378), the Night of Navy is 1.5" wide.  The sentifment is Whimiscal Words (FREE IN THE SAB)  (119119) punched with the 1 1/4 and 1 3/8" Circle Punches (104403/104401)
3. Next layer is a piece of NON cut at 4.25 x 2.25 punched with the Scallop Trim Border Punch (118402), matted with Bashful Blue DP (112151).  I used a piece of Bashful Blue Satin Ribbon (117290) for piazzzzzzza!!!!!!

Good Morning Friends – Happy Friday!!!!!!!!   OMG we had so much fun yesterday,  My friend Pam came over and we practiced our Prisma Color Pencil technique.  Who would guess that coloring is a great stress reliever.  I highly recommend it.  We colored several images but the card I'm sharing today caught my fancy.  The image is from the set And Many More.  I'm sorry I didn't realize it is not in the catty until just now.  But I'm going to share it anyway.   The cardbase is standard A2 size with Bermuda Bay Cardstock, matted with a piece of Soft Suede.  Then the magic happens.  LOL  I cut three strips of Bermuda Bay Designer Paper at 1 1/8" wide by 4 1/4 and instead of using them horizontally like normal I decided to try them vertically.  Viola'  We have a card sketch.  I'm sure I'm not the first to do this but I liked it.  The focal piece is Soft Suede and Whisper White.  We stamped our image with Jet Black Stazon and colored him with Prisma Color Pencils Gamosol.  My sentiment is from the set as well.  I inked it with Soft Suede and punched with the Window Word Punch and the Modern Label Punch.  Added a few brads for balance and there you have it a great masculine b/d card.

Hello everyone -  I was sitting in my craft room yesterday afternoon trying to make a card from the set Trendy Trees.  The card I finished with is nothing like the idea I started out with.  Does that happen to you?  Oh my,  I wanted to use the top note die cut as my mat for my trendy trees and it just wasn't working.  I love my trees but you have to use a Stamp A Ma Jig and then it can still be a challenge.  So here it is, what do you think?  The card base is standard A2 size (5.5 x 8.5) of Taken With Teal, matted with Old Olive and the Sweet Pea Deisnger Paper.  Oh, I love that paper pack, so cute!!!   After stamping them on the top note die I cut them out and used the Scallop Trim Border on the top and matted them with another piece of Old Olive and Taken With Teal.  I added my Pretty In Pink Ribbon for a little pizazzzzz.  Inked up Teeny Tiny Wishes for my sentiment.  TIP:  Change out the ribbon color and you have a masculine card.  Viola'

Hello Friends – Happy Tuesday.  A friend came over last week for a little stampin fun and we always have a little show and tell before we get started.  She showed me this card using the Beautiful Wings Embosslits Die.  Thanks Nancy I thought it was so cute, so I made one of my own but tweeked it just a little bit.  In the  2009-2010 catty you will find something very similar.  TIP:  If you're having a slow mojo day, browse thru the catty for some inspiration.  The catty is a great source of ideas.  You can actually case a specific card or what I like to do is combine a few ideas and make it my own.  Here's the deets. 

•  Card base is 4.25 x 11, scored at 5.5 on Temp Turq. (TT) (102067)
• 1st layer – Cut a piece of Whisper White (100730) at 4.25 x 3.5,  I punched a 1" strip of Old Olive with the Eyelet Punch (113692).  I inked my image from Vintage Label (119122) in TT and stamped four of them on my card front.
• The butterflies are Old Olive, Pretty In Pink, Choc Chip and Temp Turq.  They were cut and embossed with the Beautiful Wings Embosslits Die (118138)  from the Occasion Mini using the Big Shot (113439)
• The sentiment is from Well Scripted (118601) and punched out with the Wide Oval Punch (112082) on WW with Basic Black Ink.  Easy Peasy!!!!   Now you have one clean, crisp birthday card for someone speical.

• Card base is AA (105124) cut at 5.5 x 8.5, scored at 4.25
• 1st layer – I took a piece of RR (105130) and punched it with the Scallop Trim Border Punch (118402) and the Scallop Trim Corner Punch (118072), used a piece of Very Vanilla and stamped it with the flourish from Baroque Motifs (113490) with Versamark (102283), clear embossing pwd (109130) and the heat tool (100005).  Then I sponged it with AA and RR until I got the colors I wanted. 
• 2nd layer – RR cut at 2.5 x 3.5, Whisper White (100730) cut at 2.25 and 3.25, stamped with the happy birthday from Well Scripted (118601).  adhered a piece of RR 5/8" ribbon (109056).
• Focal Point is from the Vintage Label Set in the SAB mini (119122) punched with the Scallop Circle Punch (109043).  The AA For You was punched out with the 3/4" circle punch (107217) and adhered with a dimensional.  Easy Peasy!!!!!!  Happy Stamping.
