Hello My Stamping Friends, Good Morning To Ya.  A couple of days ago I was going thru my Stampin' Success magazine looking for ideas, and viola' I came across an article about paper quilling.  Now this is an old art that has been around a long time, but thru the years its seems to surface and come back alive again.  Quilling is done with a 1/8" strip of paper.  It can be cardstock or designer paper.  The only cool tool that you need is your paper piercer or you can purchase a quilling tool.  But for today I'm using my paper piercer.  All you need to do is wrap the end of your paper around your piercer and start rolling.  Roll it to the end of your strip and you will have a curled circle.  When you let go of your circle it springs back and forms loose circles.  For todays project that is just what I did.  For a little more stability I did glue my circle to a punched circle and for a little more pizzazz I adhered my circle to a smashed bottle cap.  My flower leaves are dp punched with the Bird Punch and adhered with mini glue dots.  My sketch is from this weeks MOJO Monday Sketch.  Colors that I used are the new In Colors for this year, Island Indigo, Calypso Coral and Pool Party.  For my decorative edges I used the Scallop Trim Border Punch and my Postage Stamp Scissors.  Added some pretty White Stain Ribbon and for my sentiment I used the stamp set Fabulous Phrases

I hope you enjoyed my project for today.  If you would like to case my card and are in need of supplies please click here for my on line store.
