Big Shot Crafty Tote Bag

February 6th, 2011 , 1 Comment »

Hello My Crafty Friends.  Before I started my partnership with Stampin' Up I was an avid quilter.  Material was everything to me.  But I soom discovered that paper is no different than fabric, you can never get enough.  When Stampin' Up introduced frabic into the papercraft world, it brought make many good memories.  Today I don't have a card to share but I do have a fabric tote to share with you.  Last year I came across an on line quilt store down in Texas that had some beautiful fabrics and of course I just had to purchase some.  So, today I am sharing with you that you can combine the two worlds rather nicely by using your Big Shot and Clear Scallop Square Die Cut.  WOW you can cut two to four layers of fabric at a time with the Scallop Square Die Cut.  It gives you a perfect scallop square and it cuts it like butter.  For my tote I chose the taylored look instead of the rag bag look.  I like the clean and taylored look it gives you.  Don't be afraid of sewing ladies, there are lots of patterns out there that anyone can follow and now that we are incorporating Yo Yo's into our cardmaking using fabric on our cards can take it to another level.  Stampin Up has introduced several coordinating fabrics, you can find them in the Occasions Mini.  If you have any questions please contact me, I'm only an email away.

Thanks for stopping by today.  I know it's a big day.  Super Bowl Day.  I hope you can take a little time out today and get some stamping done while the guys are rooting there favorite team on.  Take Care and Happy Stamping!!!!!!!!  Toodles
