Serene Snowflakes

Stampin' Up Serene Snowflakes ABC Holiday Bundle Stampin' Up Holiday Mini

Good Morning My Crafty Friends . .  Are you ready to start your day.  Today I have a snowflake card to share.  I have Merry Christmas on mine but you could surely use this card as a welcome to winter card for the cold January nights that will soon be here.  Brrrrrr!!  My cardbase is Crumb Cake and I stamped some of the images from Serene Snowflakes in Whisper White Craft Ink and Pacific Blue.  Next up is a layer of Pacific Blue topped off with a piece of Whisper White and topped off again with a striped piece of Pacific Blue from the Designer Series Paper Pack.  I chose the bold scallop look and pieced it up under my Pacific Blue layer.  Here is how I did that.  Punch a piece of Extra Fancy Floer PunchWhisper White with your Extra Large Fancy Flower Punch and cut it up leaving two of the petal in tack.  You will get two pieces each  of two petals plus 1 extra petal. Add adhesive and butt them up next to each attaching them the the Pacific cardstock.  Added some pretty 5/8" Whisper White Satin Ribbon and a little bling for pizzazz.

Supplies You Will Need To Make This Card

  • PAPER:  Crumb Cake #120953, Pacific Point #111350, Whisper White #100730, Designer Series Paper Pack Bright Collection #117155

Christmas Presents Scrappin’ Page

Stampin' Up Holiday Bundles Stampin' Up Holiday Mini

Hello My Crafty Friends . .  Is your day starting off good for you?  I sure hope so.  I'm slowly getting back back into my routine from all the stamp a stacks, monthly club and craft fairs.  My poor hands have down a lot of cutting and they sure are letting me know about.  LOL  Today I have an oh so cute Scrappin' Page to share.  Of course it has to be a Christmas one.  I got the idea over at It's A Stamp Thing by Vicki B.  It was so funny I was thinking about this excact thing and viola' there it was.  Such a coincidence.  I used my fav Cherry Cobbler #119669 and Very Vanilla #101650.  For my present I used a 4 x 4 coaster and glued some Jolly Holiday DP #117159 to it,  It just fits, so there is not much trimming.  All I had to do was sand down the bottom to edges with our Sanding Block #103301.  The top two are covered up with the box lid.  For my bow I used two of our cool tools, the Small and Large Oval Punches #119863/119855.  TIP:  To get the bow pieces, first punch with the small oval and discard the oval that you just punched out, then go back and punch again with the large oval.  Viola' you have your bow.  Isn't it just great!!!.   I added a snowflake punched with our Snowflake punch #119852, added a button, a tag, glitter and our 1/2" Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding.  I used the Photo Corner Punch #119878 just to help bring in the backgound.   The only Stamp Set I used was for the tag Four The Holidays #1169 21.

Thanks for stopping by and chatting, I hope you enjoy the scrappin' page.  Be sure and check into the Demonstrator Starter Kit Offer.  It's a great price at just $87.50.  That's half off the regular price of $175.  Hobby Stampers this is a great way to pick up some product at a low price.  Click here and take another look  Have a wonderful day.  Toodles

Amazing Opportunity – Demonstrator Starter Kit Begins Today

Hello my Friends. .  I had a request from one of my stampers asking me if I could scale down the card that I posted the other day.  So here it is.  I cased myself and made it a standard A2 card for easy mailing .  Most everything is the same, except I used the Wallpaper Embossing Folder #120175 and made my focal point smaller by using a 2" punch for my inner circle and the 2 3/8" punch for the Concord Crush Scallop Circle.

Hello Friends . . Boy, do I have a post to share today with you.  I'm so excited.  It turned out so soooo cute.  I am a big fan of Michelle Wooderson's Blog Mish Mash.  I just love her work and this is a case/idea from her.  See loves pouches and so do I.  The card is called a Pocket Card and it is made with Crumb Cake cardstock.  Attached is a 4" doily.  Oh so cute.  I did sew around the bottom of my pocket.  This helped me keep my cost down and it makes it realy secure.  What a great stocking stuffer.  I have everything mounted on my tag.  You can use any tag style you like.  I used the stamp set Delightful Decorations #116517 and our Ornament Punch #119847 along with the Northern Frost Decorative Strip #120901 and a whole lot of embellishments.   You can find the Northern Frost Strip  in the Holiday Mini on pg 38.

That's all for me folks, I have a very busy day getting ready for the craft fair tomorrow at Ft. Zumwalt East HS in St. Peters.  If you are out and about tomorrow stop by and say hello.  I have a lot of cute holiday items that just might catch your eye.  Have a wonderful day.  Toodles

Ex-Large Fancy Flower

Stampin' Up ABC Holiday Bundle Stampin Up Holiday Mini Stampin Up Occasion Quotes Stamp Set

Hello My Crafty Friends. .  Have you had your second cup of coffee yet.  I'm still working on my frist.  Today I have another square card to share.  I got this idea and sketch while blogging over the week end.  This card was cased from Me My Stamps and I by Chat.  She does beautiful work.  There is very little stamping going on this one.  The quote comes from our Level 3 Hostess Set called Occasional Quotes.  There is some texture on this card done with a Score Pal.  It is scored at 1/4" consistantly across the Whisper White card stock.  I used two small pieces from our Pattern Designer Series Paper Stack on pg 175 of our catty.  Then I used some cool tool for my focal point, some pearls and I made omy flower from the Exlarge Fancy Flower punchHere is how I did it.  I punched 3 peices of our Designer Paper Pack with the Fancy Flower Punch.  Then I spritzed them with water (lightly) and scrunched them all up.  Scrunch them as much as you like but be careful not to tear them.  Open them up as much as you like and layer the three pierces together alternating the petals.  Here's where you get to play a little bit.  Shape your petals as you like, then let them dry.   When they are dry I used mini glue dots to form my flower and added a pearl centerpiece.  Oh so pretty.  This is one that if you try to mail it I suggest putting it into a padded envelope or better yet just hand deliver.   While sitting here yesterday one more idea came to me for my craft fair this week end, so I will be trying to get a few of them made.  I'll show you as soon as I get one done.  It's a pocket card and I want to put a few candy canes in it.   Thanks for stopping by today and chatting.  I hope you enjoyed the card and if you need any of the supplies to make this card please click on my SHOP NOW button below.  Now for the Recipe.

Artistic Etchings Scrappin’ Style

ABC Holiday Bundle Stampin Up Holiday Mini Stampin Up Artistic Etchings

Hello Everyone. . . I hope you are having a lovely morning.  Today I have a scrapbook page to share with you.  I am getting ready for my monthly workshop.  I took a Very Vanilla 12 x 12 piece of cardstock as my base and I made my own background paper.  I love doing that.  Sometimes I find in scrapbooking that you can get so carried away with all the beautiful papers out there that you can complete a page and have no stamping on it.  Oh no!!!!!!  So, if you follow my blog you know I enjoy making my own paper.  I used the stamp set Artistic Etchings.  All the images in this set are well suited for stamping your own background paper.  My theme this month is of course Christmas,  so my choice of color is Cherry Cobbler.  I'm a big fan of red anyway and this is such a beautiful color.  I used a lot of cool tools on this one.  Recipe Card is below.  Thanks for stopping by.  Have a wonderful day.  Toodles

A Very Special Christmas Tag

Stampin Up Holiday Bundle Stampin Up Holiday Mini Stampin Up Delightful Decorations

Good Morning My Friends, how are things going for you this morning.  I have a very special tag to share with you today and I got the idea over at Stamporisty from Lynn Mercurio.  Acutally this one is for a very speical Christmas gift, but you could change it out with another stamp set for other speical gifts.  Let your imagination take over.  You can start with just about any ole tag.  I used Very Vanilla as my cardstock and sponged some Cherry Cobbler all round the edges, deeping it more in some spots. I used our Delightful Decorations stamp set and I made a 3D image with it.  Stamp it three times on a separate piece of VV cardstock then punch them out.

Next adhere two of them together using your normal adhesive back to back, score the two you just put together using your scoring tool, fold on your score then adhere to your other piece.  This makes your 3D image   Then I went to work embellishing it for some Christmas pizzazz.  I'll have the recipe card below for you.  Thanks for stopping by and I hope you get some time to stamp a little today too.  Put some smiles on some faces of your family and friends.  That smile will come right back at you twofold.  Have a wonderful day.  I'm gathering all my craft items today to see what all I have made and setting up my table.  If you would like to make one of these speical gift tags and need some of the supplies please click on my SHOP NOW button below or you can contact me for more helpl.   Easy Peasy!!!  See ya tomorrow.  Toodles.
