Hello Friends – Good Morning To Ya.  Today I hope will be a catch up day.  You know those things that like to interfer with your crafting, like cleaning, laundry and such.  I have always wanted to do a quiling card but just never got around to doing it, well today is the day.  Yippie!!!!  My cardbase is the new In Color Poppy Red #119793 and I have just fallen in love with the embossing folder Finial Press #115963.  Once again I have used my Big Shot and Top Note Die Cut #113439/113463.  But first let me tell you how to do the quilging part.  I used the 1 1/4" square punch #119862 and the 1 3/8" square punch #119877 and punched out squares from the new designer paper called Sunny Garden #119831.  Easy peasy and the paper is so cheery.  TIP:  I used regular adhesive to attach my squares but I highly recommed using Sticky Strip to attach your top note to the embossed layer.  It will stick better for you.  My sentiment is from The Nicest Things #120531 and my flower image is from Awash With Flowers # 120549.  Ladies, don't be afraid of cutting out small pieces.  Practice makes perfect.  I attached my small flower by cutting up a dimensional into small pieces and for my stem I rolled up a mini glue dot.  Works just perfectly.  I then attached some Poppy Red Double Stitch Ribbon #119263 for my finishing touch.
