Hello Friends – Welcome to Monday.  Today my card is cased right from the new catty.  You can find it on pg 66.  Isn't the dp just beautiful.  So soft looking.  As you can see I did take my card up a notch.  My cardbase is Baja Breeze and it is matted with a piece of Elegant Soiree.  Just like in the book I added a strip of Sahara Sand and Soft Suede.  I used the Ribbon Punch on my Soft Suede piece.  Embellished it with flowers and brads and used some of the gorgeous Victorian Ribbon.  TIP:  To attach the ribbon I used a piece of Stick Strip and just kine of gathered it as I went.  Just make sure your piece of ribbon is long enough so you get some good gathers.  My notched up part is the stamp set Artistic Etchings.  I used the tower and stamped it on VV with Soft Suede ink.  Added the sentiment and inked it up with my markers to get the two colors.  Al in all it turned out just lovely.  Thanks so much for stopping by today and chatting with me.  I am gathering us some goodies for some Blog Candy.  My camera is with my daughter and I hope to get it back today.  Toodles
