Today I have a card sto share using one of the stamp sets in the Summer Mini. It is called Elements of Style #120045. It is one of the vintage sets that everyone seems to love right now. I used WW cardstock as my base and matted it with the retiring Taken With Teal #101584 and the Sweet Pea Designer Paper. For my focal point I used the Scallop Trim Border Punch matted it with another piece of TWT and added a sentifment from Teeny Tiny Wishes #115370. This set has proven to be so versitle. I use it all the time. Added a little 5/8" Old Olive Satin Ribbon #117292. (it ties beautifullly)

Hello Friends – Happy Saturday. The end of May is near and it's almost time to move on to June. WOW Where does the time go. June is normally a month for us to gather our thoughts and rethink our crafting needs but it is also a time of great anticipation in waiting for the release of the new Idea Book and Catalog. I am in need of some new rubba and can't wait for the release. I have a small craft room, so it is important that I keep it functional. Over the course of the next few weeks I will be reorganizing and separating out some of my stamps. I hope to have a Resale List for you soon. I always try to keep my stamp prices very reasonably priced because I want them to move so I can move on to some new ones. Shipping cost for one set is normally $4.95 priority mail, if you buy more than one I'll do my best to get it to you the best we I can. I guess what I'm trying to tell you is don't be surprised if I miss a day or two posting. Now on to todays card. It is a bright and busy birthday card. My card base is WW matted with a piece of Riding Hood Red (so glad to see it coming back) and matted again with a piece of retired DP called Washington Apple. I used a retired stamp set. Cut my ovals with nesties and used a So Saffron 5/8" piece of ribbon to make it all come together. If your a bold and bright girl you will love this card. Thanks for stopping by today. Have a wonderful Saturday.
I have ordered my new catalogs, but if you still need one please drop me an email and I will set one aside for you. The catalog is free but if I need to ship it shipping cost is $6. I have updated my Etsy Shop with some new cards. (King of the Grill Father's Day Card). Hop on over and take a peek.

Happy Friday Everyone – Are you bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning? The sun is shining and it has been rather warm here the last few days. It's time to get crackin on the pool. It's a mess right now. OMG I just received my order and in it was the Island Oasis Designer Paper #117173. WOW It is absolutely GORGOUS!! The colors are Temp Turq, Pump Pie, So Saff, Rose Red and Old Olive. Today for my card I used the Old Olive and Temp Turq paper and matted it with Old Olive #100702 and Temp Turq #102067 cardstock. I used the Scallop Trim Border Punch for my rectangles. This punch will become available again when the new catty is released on July 1st. Just for fun I matted a piece of the pumpkin pie polka dot under my focal point of WW #100730. Stamp Set is Thoughts & Prayers #113252. Becasue the card is kind of busy with all that pattern I decided I need a peaceful looking focal point, so I chose the vine from Thoughts & Prayers. Stamped with OO and TT markers. My sentiment is from Watercolor Trio #120084. I added a little bling in the corner for some sparkle.
Just three days left to take advantage of this years National Scrapbooking Promotion. I hope this got your ideas flowing so that you where able to document those precious memories for everyone to enjoy. There is still time for you to receive those free brads. Click here to learn how.
Over the week end I hope you will take a little time and go thru your stash. The Backorder Report is full of retiring products but there is still time to place your orders for your favorite retiring items. Thanks for stopping by today, have a fun and safe 3 day weekend. Toodles
Good Morning Stamping Friends. – Are you ready for the big week end it will be here before we know it. I will be dog sitting for my son and his dog Max. Oh so exciting. I'm hoping to be able to work on the pool just a tad. It is a mess up there as usual. Today I am sharing this weeks MOJO Monday sketch. I really liked it this week. I chose to work with a piece of WW #100730 and matt it with Rose Red #102544. I used some of the Designer Paper from the 6×6 paper pack from SAB. The Stamp Set is Herb Expressions #113224. I just love this set, it always comes out so clean and crisp. At the bottom I used the Movers & Shapers Magnetic Die Cut #114506. This die cut allows you to move it anywhere on a card. Included with the Movers & Shapers is the die cut for the Curly Label. When used with the Curely Label Punch #112208 you will have a perfect matt for your Curly Label. You can see them on pg 201 of your catty. There are four more moveable die cuts available – the scallop oval, modern label punch, heart and star. Hand punches are available to match for perfect matting.
Don't forget to email me and resevre a new 2010-2011 Idea Book and Catalog. You can begin ordering on July 1st.
I hope you enjoy the card. June is fastly approaching and June is a time to refresh and reorganize. The release of the Last Chase List will be Jun 1st and I wll get a sneek peek of what's in the new catty. June is normally a pretty quiet month. Everyone is busy reorganizing and getting ready for the new releases. Thanks for stopping by today and I'll see you back here tomorrow. Toodles

Hello Friends – It is Wednesday right. Has everyone got big plans for the weekend? I know when we had a lake house at Table Rock Lake, Memorial Day was like opening day. It's the start of the summer. I'm hoping to get to work on the pool a little bit. It's always a challenging time getting the pool ready. Oh My!!! Today I have a very pretty card, at least I thnk so. It's our beautiful Soft Suede again. Such a lovely color as a background. I'm so glad it will be around for another year. And of course there is nothing prettier than matting a piece of PIP on top punched with the Scallop Trim Border. This punch will be available again come July 1st. i used a piece of Sweet Pea Designer Paper which is retired right now. I sure hope SU comes up with another packet of Designer Papers like that. It was a great go to source. I also used the very pretty and new Square Lattice Embossing Folder #119976 which can be found on pg 24 of the Summer Mini. The summer mini is just chocked full of great summer fun sets and they are very reasonable priced especially if you have gone to the clear mounts. The stamp set is Watercolor Trio #120084. This stamp set is fool proof. I find the best way to ink it up is to use your markers. This gives you the look of two colors the easy way. My inks were Soft Suede, So Saffron, and Regal Rose. My sentifment is from Great Friend #113792. For embellishing I used a little piece of PIP 1/4 ribbon. Easy Peasy. Now it's your turn to make something beautiful.
In my last post I reminded you of some of the ongoing specials that we have for this month which by the way is coming to an end very soon. Please take another look and make sure you havn't missed out on anything. There is still time to reserve the new Idea Book and Catalog. Please give me a holler so I can have one put aside for you. Also I may not have mentioned it, but this posting everyday makes for a lot of cards. If there is a card that you like and would like to have please let me know. Most of my cards sell for $4. and that includes shipping. If there is one that takes your fancy and is just a must have, let me know. LOL Or you can hop on over to my Etsy Store just click on my icon on my left sidebar and check it out there. Also I am still in the process of making Rag Purses. I know some of you are using them to take to convention for all of the great swaps that you're going to get. If you would like one just Email me your colors . Thanks for stopping by and I see you all right back here tomorrow. Toodles
Good Morning Everyone – Have you had your cup of coffee this morning and are you ready to go. I'm still working on it just a tad. Today I have a beautiful card to share with you. The sketch and colors were inspired by Gretchen Barron. If you take a look at Gretchen's she is showing you how to make panies with the butterfly punch. The talent out there just amazes me. I choose to use a different flower so it wouldn't be a total case. ow my cardbase is Elegant Eggplant #105126 and matted with So Saffron #105118. Stampin' Up had talked about this color combo in one of our Spring magazines as being one of the favorites this spring season. They are stunning together,. The next layer might suprise you. It is from the Two Tags Die Cut #115954. The Scallop Circle Punch #109043 is a perfect fit at the bottom of this tag. I used Old Olive for my scallop. The stamp set that I used is a two step stampin' set called Flower Fancy #111578. I hope you were able to take advantage of the April special. This set was 20% off at that time. I inked it with EE and SS on WW and then cut them out with my snipes. The textured background is new. It can be found in the Summer Mini. It is called the Square Lattice Embossing Folder #119976 on page 24 of the Summer Mini. I just love the look of this. My sentiment is from Great Friend #113792. I used the Large Oval Punch #107305 and matted it on the Scalop Oval #114889 in EE. Put a lttle bling on it for sparkle and added a little OO 5/8" Ribbon. I hope you enjoy the card, the colors are just fabulous.
I'm working on another rag purse. This time in browns, greens and a touch of red. For all you convention goers this little rag purse is a great place for you to carry all your swaps in. If you would like one please give me a holler. Price of the two row rag purse is $25 plus $5 for shipping. If you would like it a little larger (3 rows) the cost is $28 plus $5 shipping. Thanks for stopping by today and chatting with me. Come back tomorrow and we'll do it all over again. Toodles

Hi Friends — Today I'm sharing a card with you using one of the In-Colors Rich Razzleberry #115316. It is matted on a piece of WW #100730 and I also used a piece of Colttage Wall Designer Paper #115671. My scallop circle was cut with the #2 Scallop Die Cut #113469 and the Big Shot #113439. If you haven't invested in a Big Shot yet, I highly recommed it. It's a tool that I use every day. The Stamp Set is Circle Circus #115778 stamped in Rich Razzelberry ink and punched out with the Scallop Punch #109043. EK Success makes a 2" Scallop Punch and that is what I used for my larger scallop. SU does not offer that punch to us (hopefully one day).
