Hello Friends – Good Morning To You All.  I thought we might be in trouble yesterday.  It started snowing pretty heavy.  Snow is so pretty as it falls to the ground.  I just don't like the mess it makes.  LOL  My card today could be used a couple of different ways.  Valentine's Day is fastly approaching but I also think you could use this for an anniversary card, mother's day card or whatever you like.  Thats why we like universal cards.  Supply List below. 

Stampin' Up has been talking about the Simply Adorned Charms now for a while and they have finally been able to bring them to us.  They are featured in our Occasion Mini on page 28.  So if you like to make your own charms, bracelets and such, (Card Embellishments too) Stampin' Up is here for you.  To help dress up those charms they are also introducing Tiny Tags (118592) a stamp set that will dress up your charms perfectly.  This set also coordinates with the Medium Jewlery Tag Punch (117190) on page 11 of your mini.  Give it a try your children will love it.
