Friends 24/7 – Vintage Style

Oh Ladies, I hope you get as excited as I am.  Beginning on Jan 4th in the Ocassions and Sale A Bration Mini's, Stampin' Up will be offering you a choice between wood mounted stamps and clear mounted stamps.  Oh Boy!!!!  I just can't wait to try the clear.  I have always been a fan of clear blocks because I think it makes it easier to stamp your image where you want it.  The cost for clear mounts are a little less and storage is so much better.  If you're like me my craft room is always evolving becasue of lack of space.  I'm so excited.  These stamps will be repositionable with the same high-quality rubber and foam that you've grown to love.  Whooppppie!  My order should be here soon and I will have some new rubber to share with you.  Now for today's card.  I love the Vintage Look, so here I go again.  I've made several very similar to this, but what is new is the large scallop punch which unfortately is not ours.  It is made by EK Success, but I am having issues with it already and its brand new, so it's going back today.  When you punch down it gets stuck and you have to pry it apart.  The defect is when you cut off the excess edge it is getting stuck.  I've seen it out in the blogging world and have not heard about any issues.  I hope this one is just a fluke because I love the look of the big scallops.  Thanks for stoppin' by today and I hope you have a fun week end.  Shucks with just 20 days for Christmas Shopping how could you not have a fun fun weekend.  LOL

P.S.  Stampin' Up announced yesterday the lastest ship date to receive your orders by Christmas is December 15th.  But remember once it ships it is no longer SU's responsibility.  So don't delay.   If I can help you in any way to make your shopping experience better please don't hesitate to email me and we will have some fun.

Lots of Bots – Another Man Card

Good Moring Everyone.  Happy Wednesday.  Have you put up your Christmas tree yet?  Can you believe it just 22 days left.  We have our tree up but I don’t have my other decorations up yet.  I think that is something I can work on today.  They say we could even get a few snow flurries this afternoon.  Lots of BotsToday I’m sharing a card with you that I would call a manly card.  I used the stamp set Lots of Bots and it reminds me of something from Star Wars.  LOL   He really is very cute and I think you could use it as a children’s birthday card or even an adult birthday card.  It’s a robot kind of thing.  Recipe below.  I need to get crackin’, I’m a day behind, yesterday was the first day that we could pre-order from the Ocassions mini.  I need to get my order in.  So I will thank you for stopping by and letting me be your Stampin’ Up Demonstrator.
