Kind & Caring Thoughts – Mojo104
September 15th, 2009 , 2 Comments »Good Morning To All. My project today is the Mojo104 challenge. Have you ever had a brain freeze. LOL Well I was auditioning colors for my card today and it took me a couple of times to pull something together that I liked. For those of you who know me, you know I have trouble with open space, [what I call negative space] and this layout falls into that category. I desperately wanted to use my Itty Bitty Backgrounds, but I held off. LOL I got such a big response the last time I used this set that I decided to use it again. Stamp Set is a Level 3 hostess set Kind and Caring Thoughts #115324.

Cardstock is Bermuda Bay. I used a piece of Bermuda Bay DP for a faux ribbon effect and a strip of 1/2" BB Polka Dot ribbon. The sentiment is from the set Great Friend. Both are stamped on whisper white and matted with soft suede. Three white brads in the corner to balance it out. The next few days are going to be a whirl wind. I’m getting ready for Stamp Club on Wed. and my daughter is having her bunco group over Thurs night. We will be making dinner for 12. Should I make her do all the work? Yes, I should but no I won’t. And on top of all that my Granddaughter is celebrating her 13th B/d on friday. WOW has time flew by or what. This will be the first time in 12 years that I haven’t made special b/d invites for her party. She couldn’t make a decision on what she wanted to do. Heaven help us we are entering the teen years. Say a little prayer. Take care and TFL Toodles

You did a beautiful job, while having a brain freeze! Gorgeous card!
love that Hostess Set – the flowers remind me of the Football Mums we used to sell in school before homecoming. Sounds like you have a very busy week. TFS
