MamboCountryMorning

mamboCountryMorningHi Everyone.  Hope you had a fun filled stamping week-end.  I fell in love.  With what you say.  These colors.  LOL  Have you tried stampin on Kraft CS.  I wanted to do this technique with the white craft ink and new in-color markers.  Yes markers.  I smear some ink from my markers onto a peice of palette paper/wax paper and use my blender pen.  I decide which side I want my shadow on and build my layer of color.  Start out with just a little bit and build.  You can always add more but you can’t take it away.  I hope that helps a little bit.  Just charge in and practice.  It’s only paper. LOL  Know for the deets.  Stamp set is a Hostess Level 1 set called Country Morning.  You can get this set free by hosting a workshop.   There are many ways to have a workshop.  Gather friends at your home, have a catty workshop, we can even have an e-mail workshop. E-mail me  for more details.  CS is Melon Mambo matted with Whisper White, and So Saffron DP.  I rounded my corners with the small corner rounder punch #109047.  Inks are Melon Mambo, Craft Whisper White, So Saffron and a white gel pen.  The ground area is Old Olive.  I used my nesties called Labels 2  and the Word Window Punch #105090.  Not everyone has nesties so mount your image any way you like.  Circles or Squares would look very nice.  The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes #105370 and Crushed Curry Polka Dot ribbon.  The card size is 4 1/4 x 8 1/2.  Take care guys and have a great Monday.  TFL

Don’t forget - On-line shopping 24/7 at my SU website www.sandymurphy.stampinup.net  I am offering a 10% discount when you place an order of $50 or more.  To receive this discount you must e-mail me your order.  Be sure and check out my previous posts.  My August Card Kit  and Ribbon Share is still available.
